You can use 2.15 / 1.66 or 2.09 / 1.76. The problem is that the valves hit each other if anything bigger is used.
Medium Riser / High Riser / Tunnel port valves are spaced further apart, they can hit the bores.
2.09 / 1.66 is probably the best because the valve seats if cut for bigger sizes are very prone to cracking. There is just very little material between them.
