You can use an aftmkt piston and take off approx .080 off top of piston. This will allow to achieve near zero deck and make up for the .100 at top end of stroke.
This is something I have don numerous times and works very well. another option is to use the 410 piston. I normally use the other so I can run a forged piston as 410 forged not avail
